The Quick Tear Rolled Medical Pouch fits under your cummerbund flap on your plate carrier with 4 inch hook and 4 inch loop on the other side or on our Tactical Patrol Vest use the hook fabric to attach to the loop fabric on the front or rear of our LBV. Made with 500D Cordura and layered with laser cut 500D low ir signature Laminate. 9 PALS slots across can be used to attach Tourniquets or additional mag pouches to build an active shooter attachment. 2" Loop on the front and back for identifiers. The pull out medical pull out pouch is large enough to fit a wide variety of items. Pop locks on the left and right side to cinch the pouch securely in place.
